Training
An annual subscription for Aircare Access® Assistance includes InFlight Emergency Medical and Defibrillator Training for your entire flight department at any of our regularly scheduled Aircare FACTS® Training classes across the US or at your facility.
The intensive one-day training provides the crewmember with what they need to know to properly assess, treat, and care for ill or injured crew and passengers until higher levels of ground-based assistance is available. The training program follows best medical practices, nationally accepted training programs, and industry standards for the care of in-flight medical problems, including O.S.H.A. bloodborne pathogen requirements, CPR and the use of automatic external defibrillators (AEDs). The program includes lecture, demonstration and ample hands-on emergency medical practice in the corporate aircraft environment.
Hands-on emergency medical procedures are practiced either in the client's aircraft or one of the Aircare FACTS® full-size, full motion, cockpit and cabin emergency procedures simulator.
