The AirCare Team Leaders Jeffrey Roberts, Owner and President; Jeff's background is both in business-formation, corporate finance and operations. With an undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and a Masters in Finance from Seattle University, Jeff was a founding team-member of Central Media, Inc., (acquired by DG Systems (NASDAQ: DGIT), and later presided as a Senior Vice President for Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Science division. While at Comerica, Jeff was responsible for allocating over $600 million in Senior debt over a nine-year period. Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees for Treasure Henry's Fork Foundation, an Idaho-based conservation organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the natural surroundings and resources within the Upper Henry's Fork Watershed. He also serves on the Board for The PNW Chapter of the Crohn's and Collitus Foundation of America, which focuses on lifestyle improvement, advocacy and research for patients who are burdened with chronic illness surrounding IBD. Doug is trained as a naturopathic physician, also trained as an Emergency Medical Technician, an Infectious Disease Control educator, and a private pilot. Doug began his career in aviation safety education in 1988. He is the author of several specialized first aid programs and manuals, including the FACTS® Training Manual, InFlight Emergency Medical and Defibrillator Training, and a variety of specialized First Aid manuals, as well as being a member of numerous professional organizations. In 1997, Doug formed AirCare International, providing defibrillation and emergency medical equipment, training, and tele-medical /tele-assistance services, worldwide. As of February 1, 1998, Doug and AirCare International purchased FACTS Training International merging the two companies forming the largest corporate aircrew emergency procedures training company in the world. After selling his interest in the companies in early 2010, Doug is currently a consultant and advisor to the AirCare Solutions Group of companies. He is currently a protocol review physician with the Western Institutional Review Board; an emergency physician in Olympia, WA; as well as the drug testing crew chief for the US Olympic Committee. Brad has been a flight surgeon and the Chief of Aeromedical Services at McChord Air Force Base. He is a private pilot, FAA Senior Medical Examiner and the Medical Program Director for FACTS Training/AirCare International. Dale Eldredge, B.A.; With an extensive career as an executive in corporate sales, account management and small business ownership, Dale's 30 years in the travel industry and event management arena provides him with a comprehensive background suited for the position of Sales and Marketing Director focusing on business development. [Email: dale.e@aircaresolutionsgroup.com] ACCESS Operations Manager Janice Sturgeon; Janice joined AirCare Solutions Group with a background in emergency Police, Fire and Medic dispatch. With several years experience as an ACCESS Coordinator, Janice is now the Operations Manager for the ACCESS tele-medical/tele-assistance services and coordinates emergency medical training for our clients. Her experience provides the knowledge and focus to develop additional resources for ACCESS services as well as maintain our existing to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. She is also an active Firefighter with Hazmat certification. [Email: janice.s@aircareaccess.com] Aeromedical Trainers Brian Hayvaz, EMT.P; Brian is an experienced firefighter/paramedic and owns Emergency Medical Training Associates; a leader in corporate and industrial first aid programs throughout the country. He and his company have trained over 30,000 students. An experienced trainer, Brian brings his emergency response experience and his unique teaching abilities to FACTS and AirCare. Blain Stanley, EMT.D; Along with being an experienced firefighter/paramedic and Sea/Air/Rescue (SAR) team leader, Blain has held emergency responder positions in rural, city, and remote fire departments and has worked as a firefighter/medic for government facilities in the Marshal Islands. Blain is also a certified Dive master. An experienced Lead FACTS trainer since 1992 and is Manager of the FACTS Training Center (DFW). [Email: blain.s@factstraining.com] Kevin Armstrong, MA, NREMT.P; Kevin is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Additionally, for over 18 years, he has been an active Fire Fighter/Paramedic. He has been involved in aviation as a counselor and advisor on many major aviation accidents and as an emergency and medical trainer for AirCare International. Kevin provides training and assistance for custom FACTS programs and AirCare InFlight Medical courses. He is a member of the USAR Team, Underwater Rescue /Recovery Team, Hazardous Materials Response Team (Haz-Mat Director rating); and Airport Crash/Fire Rescue experience gained through work with airport firefighters.
