Immediate, 24/7 assistance, advice and guidance from board certified emergency physician's, providing an emergency "HELP" line from anywhere, at anytime... from start to solution™.

  • IMMEDIATE PHYSICIAN ASSISTANCE - Inflight, Ground Based and Maritime physician consultation is available to passengers and crewmembers via telephone. Trained, experienced coordinators answer your call, assess your needs, gather critical information, and connect with one of our board certified emergency physicians. Our ER physicians then provide immediate, direct consultation, providing medical advice and guidance. Consultations are administered through our board certified emergency department physicians. Consults are available, worldwide, for any medical need ranging from pre-flight "go/no-go" concerns, to cold and flu recommendations to an inflight cardiac event.

  • WORLDWIDE PHYSICIAN, CLINIC, AND HOSPITAL REFERRAL - If medical evaluation is advised after consultation with our physician, AirCare ACCESS will provide referral to a qualified medical provider working through our global network of resources. Referrals to hospital facilities, walk-in day clinics, urgent care centers, or dentist are available virtually worldwide with one simple call.

  • MEDICAL CASE MONITORING - AirCare ACCESS follows each medical call throughout the course of referral, treatment, and care until the case is resolved and closed. Physician-to-physician consultations are available to ensure appropriate care is administered, foreign medications prescribed are appropriate, and general standards of care are meeting your needs.

  • AVIATION MEDICAL EXAMINER CONSULTS - Consultation with our FAA A.M.E. provides guidance and advice on prescribed medications, medical kit contents, or crewmember "fit for flight" medical conditions.

  • WORLDWIDE MEDICAL OR SECURITY SERVICES - When medical evacuation is indicated, AirCare ACCESS will coordinate transport services from foreign hospitals to qualified air medical transport provider, and ground EMS transportation to the appropriate receiving facility. Professional, experienced air transport crews and aircraft are tailored to the medical situation, client specific requests and client company protocols ensuring a smooth transition with the highest quality of service.

  • EMERGENCY MEDICAL FINANCIAL GUARANTEES - When necessary, AirCare ACCESS will provide foreign medical facilities with emergency financial guarantees until the appropriate company contact can make arrangements.

  • PRESCRIPTION REPLACEMENT - AirCare ACCESS will coordinate medication replacement through your physician, our medical director, a prescription source near your location and/or our pharmacy and over- night courier.

AirCare MPD™

AirCare MPD™ Medical Program Direction for the flight department's medical program is an essential part of good management. The MPD program provides the services of Dr. Brad Waite, D.O., an FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner as a consultant for your flight department.

As an ACCESS subscriber, the flight crew is welcome to consult with Dr. Waite in "fit for flight" questions.

Furthermore, defibrillators are F.D.A. classified as class III medical devices, which requires purchase to be authorized by a physician, and the AEDs use must be under the guidelines approved by medical direction and control. Under annual contract with AirCare, our experienced Medical Program Director (MPD) will authorize your AED purchase, oversee and verify the training program, monitor and provide event review and written reports on any uses of the AED(s).
