Aircare Access® Assistance
We feel it's important to explain that the Aircare Access® Assistance Service is all-inclusive. We do not charge extra for custom reports or for calls in to our concierge services. This is all part of our comprehensive service package. A basic yearly Aircare Access® Assistance subscription includes:- UrgentACCESS™ - Emergency tele-medical including 24/7/365 access to our board certified physicians during emergencies or for crew consultations.
- ACCESSiJet™ - Our host of ancillary support services including flight tracking*, custom security and safety briefings, and our worldwide concierge and support.
- FACTS® EMDT Training – An annual subscription for Aircare Access® Assistance includes InFlight Emergency Medical and Defibrillator Training for your entire flight department at any of our regularly scheduled Aircare FACTS® Training classes across the US or at your facility.
If your flight department would like to include any of our other Aircare FACTS® Training Courses for flight attendants, crew, executive frequent flyers, or would like us to come to your facility and train, talk to us about special pricing options available to Aircare Access® customers.
Medical Kit Management – Customers of Aircare Access® Assistance also receive medical kit management services including customized programs, equipment reviews and recommendations, medical kit monitoring, renewal notification, order fulfillment and medical program management for medical kit prescriptions and AEDs.
